Cancelation Policy

RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the trip are fully refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a booked ground transportation service are NON-REFUNDABLE. WAIT TIME POLICY: A per-minute wait time fee of $1.00 will begin fifteen 15 minutes after your driver arrives at your location. We will notify you that the charge has started, and it will continue until your driver begins the trip. In cases of unforeseen issues that cause your delay of beginning your trip the per-minute late fee will be waived. Determination is on a case-by-case basis. This does not apply to airport shuttling or cruise line pick-ups from the various airports/terminals. Thank you for your understanding.
